Mathira Technical & Vocational College invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers and service providers for tenders and prequalification of suppliers for the financial year 2026/2027.
Prequalification for supply of desktop computers, server upgrades, router setups, and system diagnostic components for ICT centers and Administrative databases.
Supply and regular delivery of food items, bakery ingredients, housekeeping dry goods, and kitchen detergents for the Hospitality & Culinary department training workshops.
Provision and delivery of high-quality components, diagnostics kits, cabling, electrical boards, and related tools for engineering practical examinations and daily workshop activities.
Tender documents can be downloaded free of charge using the buttons provided. Alternatively, printed copies are available from the accounts office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 1,000.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference number must be deposited in the tender box located at the administration block foyer.
