A Message from the HOD

Welcome to the Department of Computing, Informatics & Business. The department holds the primary responsibility for all ICT-related projects of the institute, overseeing the management information systems, network administration, data, and the maintenance of our computing labs.

Our skilling is focused on Competence-Based Education and Training (CBET) which is trainee-centered. Currently, we have two fully equipped training laboratories with over 140 computers, and a Jitume hub connected to the national fiber optic cable. This connection allows trainees to learn and utilize income-generating digital platforms, ensuring they are fully prepared for the digital economy.
