Operating under the general guidelines of the Board of Governors, the Management Board coordinates institutional progress across academic and operational scopes.
Formulate and implement strategic plans, master designs, and operational policies, ensuring align with national TVET strategies and targets.
Oversee class scheduling, unit registration, exam processes, and Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) compliance across departments.
Ensure student health, sports programs, counseling services, and scholarship distributions (HELB/Bursaries) function smoothly under the Dean.
Bridge the gap between trainees and external manufacturing yards, workshops, and companies through the Industrial Liaison Office.
Maintain high standards of service delivery, physical facilities, safety, and supply chains under constant monitoring and evaluation.
Manage budgets, fee structures, local resource collections, and operational transparency, ensuring strict audit compliance.
